I am extremely grateful to have the opportunity to participate in the Reversing Vandalism project. I was inspired to contribute because of my experience with some of the most amazing people I know. I have many friends who struggle immensely, live vibrantly and grow continuously through issues of homosexuality, lesbianism, bi-sexuality and transgenderism. It is one of the most beautiful things to witness and be a part of. I believe we would suffer greatly without their valuable contributions to society and that our existence would be dulled without their talents. The fact that there are those out there who want to erase these beautiful people from our existence saddens my spirit and breaks my heart. If a person thinks they can destroy that which is indestructible, they will find themselves in a place of defeat time and time again. These people will not be destroyed. They will not go away. I will not go away. I WILL NOT BE DESTROYED.
