REPRODUCTION AND COSTS:

PRINTS: The library does not do printing of photographs, but will arrange to send the work to a professional photographer of the library’s choice. A price list is available. The History Center retains all negatives. Allow two weeks for completion of the work.

SCANS: Photos are scanned as 300 dpi TIFF files on a CD. A price list is available. Allow seven working days for completion of the order.

IN-HOUSE COPYING: Occasional requests for in-house copying will be granted by appointment only. If lighting is required, patrons must provide their own, wattage not to exceed 1500 watts. A member of the library staff will supervise copy work done in the library.

LIBRARY FEES: For print orders and in-house copying, the library receives a $1.00 per image fee. For commercial use of any image the library receives a $15.00 use fee (PDF). Shipping is additional.
