(This is a discussion item to allow the Branch Library Bond Program Manager to report on recent bond program related
activities and make announcements.)
This report will consist of an informational presentation: Mission Bay public art project update: regular reports:
program budget and schedule; site acquisition, active projects; and upcoming community outreach; and special
reports: a primer on financial reports, July-September 2002 Quarterly Report

(This item is to allow the Branch Library Improvement Bond Program Advisory Committee to inform the Commission of

(This item is to allow members of the public to comment generally on matters within the Commission’s purview as well
as to suggest new agenda items for the Library Commission’s consideration.)

Open Session. Reconvene in open session and, pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section
67.14(a): motion and vote to disclose any or all of the information discussed in the closed session evaluation of
Commission Secretary, Michael Housh; and motion and vote to disclose any or all of the information discussed in the
closed session evaluation of City Librarian Susan Hildreth.
