A regular meeting of the San Francisco Public Library Commission will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, May 20, 2003 Time: 4:00 PM Place: Koret Auditorium, Main Library, lower level

The meeting will be called to order.

  3. DISCUSSIONBLIP ADVISORY COMMITTEE REVISION

    Presentation of and discussion and possible action to reconstitute the BLIP Advisory Committee as a Committee created by and authorized to report to the Library Commission and to the Board of Supervisors concerning Branch Library Improvement Program issues.

  4. DISCUSSIONBOND PROGRAM BUDGET REVIEW

    Presentation on and discussion of the Branch Improvement Program Budget.

  5. DISCUSSIONBOND PROGRAM MANAGER’S REPORT

    (This is a discussion item to allow the Branch Library Bond Program Manager to report on recent bond program related activities and make announcements.)

    This report will consist of an informational presentation: an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) presentation; regular reports: program budget and schedule; active projects; and upcoming community outreach; and special reports; none.

  6. PUBLIC COMMENT

    (This item is to allow members of the public to comment generally on matters within the Commission’s purview as well as to suggest new agenda items for the Library Commission’s consideration.)
