- DISCUSSIONCITY LIBRARIAN’S REPORT
by City Librarian Susan Hildreth
(This item is to allow the City Librarian to report on recent Library activities and make announcements)
This report will consist of: an ALA Mid-Winter update, information on the Pinnacle contract, information on new
exhibits, a report on a Main signage consulting contract, current circulation statistics, a Strategic Plan update,
and announcements about public meetings on February 12th in Glen Park and February 23rd in the Richmond.
- ACTIONLIBRARY 2002/2003 BUDGET
Presentation of and discussion of and possible action to approve a proposed revision of the 2002/03 Library Budget.

- DISCUSSIONFRIENDS AND FOUNDATION REPORT
(This item is to allow the Friends and Foundation of the San Francisco Public Library to inform the Commission of
their current and proposed activities.)
- LABOR UNION REPORT
(This item is to allow members of library labor organizations to report on employee matters within the Commission’s purview as well as to suggest new agenda items for the Library Commission’s consideration.)
- NEW BUSINESS
(This item is to allow Commissioners to introduce new agenda items for consideration.)
- PUBLIC COMMENT
(This item is to allow members of the public to comment generally on matters within the Commission’s purview as
well as to suggest new agenda items for the Library Commission’s consideration.)
