of, discussion of, and possible action to approve the Minutes of the regular Commission
meeting of December 15, 2005.

reports: program budget, schedule, and construction reports; active projects; and community outreach;
and special reports: none

5. NOMINATION OF COMMISSION OFFICERS FOR 2006 ACTION
(This item is to allow Commissioners
to indicate an interest in serving as President or Vice
