Presentation of, and discussion of a report by the City Librarian Search Committee on its activities.
- ACTIONFRIENDS AND FOUNDATION MOU
Presentation of, discussion of, and possible action to approve and recommend to the Board of Supervisors for
approval, a proposed revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Friends and Foundation of the San
Francisco Public Library and the Library and to direct the City Attorney to draft an ordinance for Board of
Supervisors approval that is consistent with the terms of the revised MOU.

Foundation, and a summary of key changes in the 11/30/00 revision.

Presentation on, and discussion of, and possible action to approve a FY 2001-2002
