A
Day in the City

An early June morning, a typical cool San Francisco day, my mother
arrived for a visit. I had the day planned. First we went to ride on the
cable car. It stopped near Chinatown where we had lunch.
Our next stop was the Golden Gate Bridge.
We went to the gift shop, where I bought her a Golden Gate Bridge snow
globe. We went home to change and go see Beach Blanket Babylon. It is a
play about San Francisco and other famous places. After the show, we went
to Fishermans Wharf, where we had dinner at Scomas. |
