Mark Your Calendar
for the Holiday Party Potluck!

Tuesday, December 12 is the date of our annual holiday celebration for Project Read tutors and learners. Last year’s pot-luck was so popular that we’ve decided to once again ask everyone to bring a favorite dish to share. This year, we’d like to encourage everyone to also bring a recipe for his or her dish. This can actually be turned into a rather interesting exercise for tutors and learners to work on in your sessions. If the dish you bring has any colorful family stories behind it, please include those as well. We hope to collect the recipes and stories in a Project Read cookbook that we can all enjoy. Even if you don’t have food or a recipe to share, please attend anyway because the most important ingredient in our holiday party is YOU! .
