image: José and Betty

José had lost his way in the woods. José could not find the lake. He wanted to go swimming badly, so he kept on looking.
He met a rabbit whose name was Betty. “Hi,” José said, “I have lost my way to the lake. Do you know the way?”
Betty said, “Yes. I will help you get back to the lake because I’m on my way there.”
     José said, “Thanks.”
She said, “You’re welcome. No thanks are needed.”
A little help goes a long way.
