  • John Caroompus is a finalist in the California State Library’s Letters About Literacy contest!
  • Kenneth Smith, using his writing and computer skills, has become a housing advocate. He publishes a weekly newsletter at his residence to improve living standards and tenant relations. He has received positive responses and support from tenants and management!
  • Rose Johnson sends a copy of a book to her grandchildren and then reads along with them from her copy long distance!
