Meditation
by Minerva Martin

Meditation helps me to focus on the Lord. Meditation is to come into his presence. When we meditate, we can hear his voice and obey his word.
When I get into God’s presence, I feel that intimacy and closeness with him, like a connection or a relationship. I feel refreshed and loved from my Father and Jesus and the Holy Ghost.
I want to learn more. When you have that intimacy and closeness with God, change takes place. But I need and want more of him. I just have to meditate more, to be more obedient to his voice, pray more faithfully, and grow more spiritually.
I know God’s presence. When you enter into it, you can feel His love. I need to meditate more, because sometimes the flesh doesn’t want to do it, and I don’t want to live a prayerless life or be disobedient to God.
