Selection Criteria

Library staff choose On the Same Page selections based on many of the following criteria:

• High interest and readability;
• Appeals to community interests;
• Literary merit;
• In print and available in large quantities;
• Available in non-print formats including audio;
• Available in other languages;
• Capable of sparking engaging discussions.

All fiction, nonfiction, contemporary and classic works that meet these criteria will be considered.
