Word processing is now available on all the computers on the Library’s reservation system! In addition to the Internet, the Library Catalog and other online resources, each computer provides access to Microsoft Office’s word processing and Excel.
While some computers have built-in floppy drives, all the computers have USB ports that accept flash (also known as jump, thumb, external, portable or removable) drives and devices. Learn more about these services.
If you are using a diskette and want to use a computer with a disk drive, make a reservation
by choosing “USB and Floppy Drive” on the PC TYPE screen. If none are available, reserve any computer and ask library staff for a portable floppy drive. Also see information about how to reserve a computer.
